Scones recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500 g MYyummy Universal flour mix
  • 7 g of instant yeast
  • 370 ml of water
  • 50 g of coconut oil
  • 8 g table salt

Preparation:

  • Pour the entire contents of the package into a mixing bowl, add salt, coconut fat, instant yeast and water. Work the mixture thoroughly with a food processor or by hand.
  • Place the dough on a floured surface and knead by hand for 5 minutes.
  • Cover with foil and let stand for 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
  • Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 cm, tear it apart, place it on a floured baking sheet and spread a few drops of water on top and let it stand for 60-70 minutes, covered, in a warm place, ideally at room temperature. Make sure that the dough is thoroughly covered with foil. It can be sprinkled with seeds if desired.
  • Place in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 30-35 minutes until the surface of the scone is properly browned.

Wheat flour, wheat gluten, golden linseed flour, soluble fiber (polydextrose), soy flour, bamboo fiber, wheat protein concentrate, stabilizer (calcium carbonate), psyllium fiber powder.
